You'll also be a whiz at day-to-day surgery admin, keeping patient records accurate, processing prescriptions and referrals, handling correspondence like a pro, and mastering our healthcare and digital systems. ๐

What you'll be doing:
- Be the first point of call for patients and healthcare pros โ in person, over the phone, and via email. ๐
- Become a pro with Vision, our clinical system for managing patient records, appointments, prescriptions, and medical histories. ๐ฉบ
- Keep patient information accurate and up-to-date. โ๏ธ
- Handle all incoming clinical correspondence using DOCMAN. ๐ฆ
- Team up with your colleagues using Microsoft Teams and other digital tools. ๐ค
- Help with clinical admin tasks, including referrals through the Electronic Referral System (ERS). ๐
- Support workflow management and general admin tasks across the practice. ๐โโ๏ธ
