IT Support Apprentice 💻

We're on the hunt for our next IT Support Apprentice to join our growing UK Hub in Keighley. This is your chance to kickstart your IT career, gain valuable experience, and earn qualifications while you work!
What you'll be doing:
- Providing technical wizardry to end-users at our Keighley factory and supporting our teams remotely in Romania, Mexico, and India. 🌍
- Battling and resolving hardware, software, and network glitches to keep things running smoothly. 🔧
- Setting up, configuring, and maintaining all sorts of cool IT gear – think desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices. 🖱️
- Keeping our systems spick and span with regular updates, antivirus checks, and data backups. 🛡️
- Teaming up with the IT department to craft awesome IT policies and best practices. 🤝
- Lending a hand with exciting IT projects like system upgrades and migrations. ✨
Tech you'll be working with:
Microsoft Office, 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, PowerBI, Epicor ERP, Cisco, HP Aruba, Fortigate. 🤓
Skills that would be a bonus:
- A solid grasp of computer networking terms and tech.
- Super organised and a clear communicator. 🗣️
- Keen to stay ahead of the curve with the latest IT systems.
- A knack for solving tricky problems. 🤔
- The ability to help others learn and grow. 🌱
Entry Requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- Important: You shouldn't have an existing qualification at the same or a higher level in a similar subject.
- Don't have the exact qualifications? If you've got a mix of qualifications and experience that show you're ready, you could still be considered! 👍
- If your qualifications are international, you'll need an official document comparing them to UK standards.
Your Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:15 AM – 3:30 PM
