As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, you'll be right in the action, helping craft awesome digital marketing campaigns for seriously cool clients. You'll get hands-on experience with:
- βοΈ Crafting engaging email campaigns
- βοΈ Developing killer content
- π Analysing campaign performance to make them even better
- π¨ Designing eye-catching digital assets (hello Canva & Adobe! β¨)
- π±οΈ Optimising landing pages for maximum impact
- π§ Applying the psychology behind marketing to influence behaviour
This is your golden ticket ποΈ to build a career in marketing, gaining real-world experience across email, design, data, and campaign management. You'll be working on dynamic projects in both the B2B and charity sectors.
What you'll be doing:
- Teaming up with the campaign wizards to create amazing email marketing π€
- Designing and building slick promotional emails π¨
- Setting up and managing email campaigns using top-tier platforms π
- Sorting, prepping, and uploading marketing data π
- Digging into data to figure out what makes campaigns win π§
- Creating and polishing landing pages to boost conversions β¬οΈ
- Writing copy that pops and grabs attention π£
- Producing reports and spotting ways to level up campaigns π
- Communicating professionally with clients via email π§
To smash it in this role, you'll need:
- A solid grasp of design basics β think fonts, colours, and layout π¨
- An eagle eye for detail β seriously, we mean it! π
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a major plus! π€©
- To be a self-starter, proactive, and ready to take the lead! πͺ
- A massive passion for all things digital marketing! β€οΈ
- A curious mind, always hungry to learn new skills π§
- To show off your creativity through projects (personal, school, whatever!) π‘
- An interest in why people do what they do (consumer psychology!) π€
- To be organised, reliable, and able to juggle tasks and deadlines like a pro π€Ή
- Awesome communication skills and a team player attitude π―
- Super problem-solving skills and a go-getter attitude! π
- A driving license and ability to travel to our Sittingbourne office regularly, especially for training π
*Bonus points:* Basic HTML/CSS or experience with an email service provider? Nice to have, but we'll train you! π―
Qualification Perks:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- *Note:* You won't have an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject. We can also consider a mix of qualifications and experience!
- If you have international qualifications, we'll need an official comparison document.
