What you'll be doing:
- Unpacking how international customs gets global trade moving 🌎.
- Helping out with customs declarations and processing.
- Giving our Customs teams a hand with admin and daily tasks.
- Using slick digital systems to keep an eye on shipments and customs actions.
- Exploring how AI can boost productivity and make customers happier! 😊
- Spotting chances to automate those repetitive jobs. ⚙️
- Creating awesome guides and resources so everyone can rock those digital tools.
- Getting hands-on with Microsoft Copilot and other AI tech in your daily grind.
- Crunching data to find trends, opportunities, and ways to get better.
- Supporting digital upgrade projects across the whole Customs department.
- Building cool dashboards, reports, and presentations to share your findings. 📊
- Teaming up with colleagues from Operations, Customer Experience, and Technology.

What we're looking for:

Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- You shouldn't already have a qualification at this level or higher in a similar field.
- Don't worry if your qualifications are a bit different; if you can show you've got the core skills, we'll still consider you! 👍
- If you have qualifications from outside the UK, you'll need to provide an official document comparing them to UK standards when you apply. 📜
Your work week:
- 37.5 hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM 🗓️
