We're all about making people and places the best they can be, powered by our core values: Trust, Respect, Unity, and Empowerment. This is your chance to be part of something BIG, especially as we're entering a huge growth phase! 🎉 We've got a proven track record of helping apprentices thrive, offering you the support, flexibility, and expertise you need to absolutely smash it in the facilities management world.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Tech Wizardry: Get hands-on with our job booking system, Concept. You'll be logging jobs, creating purchase orders, and becoming a true Concept guru by the end of your apprenticeship. 💻
  • Problem-Solving Pro: You'll be the digital support champ for Accounts Payable, diving into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Your mission? Resolving supplier invoice queries and making sure the invoicing process is smoother than a fresh coat of paint. 🎨
  • The Go-To Guru: Become the first point of contact for our awesome customers and stakeholders. You'll be a whiz with Microsoft packages, Teams, and shared drives, accessing crucial internal documents. Plus, you'll be handling inquiries via face-to-face chats, emails, and phone calls. Your role is key to keeping communication flowing between clients, management, and our supply chain! 📞📧
  • Project Powerhouse: Lend a hand to our project team with estimating and tender processes, helping us deliver exciting maintenance projects across our sites. 🛠️
  • Efficiency Ace: Proactively work to reduce the backlog of delegated contract work-in-progress (WIP) and chase supplier invoices to ensure everything is paid on time. Let's keep things ticking! ⏱️

What We're Looking For:

  • You're eager to learn and develop your PC skills (we'll teach you the ropes, don't worry! 😉).
  • You can work solo and also be a fantastic team player. 💪
  • You've got seriously good communication skills. 🗣️

The Perks:

  • Salary: £18,000 per year. 💰
  • Hours: A solid 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. ⏰
  • Healthy Habits: Fresh fruit delivered daily! 🍎
  • Future Security: A great pension plan to look after your future. 🛡️
  • Well-Deserved Breaks: Generous annual leave. 🏖️
  • Amazing Career Prospects: Get this – 90% of our apprentices land permanent jobs after their program, which is a whopping 20% higher than the national average! 🌟
