As our first line of defence for customers, you'll be smashing it by supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud apps, all while getting hands-on experience in a real-deal professional setting. Youβll learn the ropes of troubleshooting tech gremlins, managing user accounts like a boss, keeping our documentation on point, and delivering customer support thatβs next level. π€©

What You'll Be Doing:
- Being the go-to for first-line tech support via phone, email, and our ticketing system β youβll know when to call in the cavalry for tricky stuff. π
- Supporting all things Microsoft 365: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and making sure user accounts are sorted.
- Creating and managing user accounts, permissions, resetting passwords, and diving into Microsoft Entra ID. π
- Troubleshooting issues across Microsoft 365, Windows, cloud services, hardware, peripherals, and basic networking wizardry. π
- Keeping our service desk records fresh and helping build our internal knowledge bases. π§
- Delivering awesome, friendly customer support and building those epic customer relationships. π
What You'll Need:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
- Just a heads-up: you can't already have a qualification at this level or higher in a similar subject.
- Got some experience? We're all about potential! Relevant experience or qualifications that show you're ready to crush this programme can get you in the door. Even a combo of qualifications and experience counts!
- If your qualifications are from abroad, make sure you have an official document comparing them to UK standards. π

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.

The Deets:
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am β 5:30pm. ποΈ
- Salary: Β£17,000 - Β£19,000 per year, depending on your awesome experience. π°
