About the Role:

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic individual to join us as an IT Support Apprentice. You'll be learning the ropes and supporting our experienced crew. 🤝

This is your chance to grab valuable skills, knowledge, and experience while crushing a Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship. 🎓

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Helping check, pack, and prep IT and AV gear for events. 📦
  • Tackling basic repairs, managing inventory, and building equipment. 🛠️
  • Supporting the upkeep of permanent network setups at key spots. 🌐
  • Learning to service and support onsite servers (with guidance, of course!). 👨‍💻
  • Getting involved in general warehouse and logistics stuff, including moving things around. 💪
  • Getting a taste of the cutting-edge tech used in live event production. 🤩

Bonus Points:

  • A full UK driving licence is a must! 🚗
  • This role involves manual handling and working across different locations.

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • You shouldn't have already completed a qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week, 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. ⏰
