Your days will be packed with hands-on experience in:
- Clicking: Become a pro at operating cutting presses to exact quality standards, minimising leather waste, and leveraging smart leather scanning and digital cutting tech. 📏🔪
- Closing: Craft our signature Dr. Martens uppers using a range of sewing machines and specialist equipment. 🧵✨
- Lasting: Mould and shape shoes around our iconic lasts, attaching that famous yellow stitch welt. 💪
- Shoe Room: Add the final, crucial touches – lacing, cleaning, and boxing your creations, ready to conquer the world! 📦🌟

Key responsibilities
- Operating cutting presses to specified quality standards, minimising wastage.
- Creating footwear uppers using sewing and specialist machinery.
- Shaping footwear and attaching soles to the welt.
- Adding final touches to products, including lacing, cleaning, and boxing.
- Working alongside the production team, learning footwear manufacturing processes from start to finish.
