Pay Rate:
- 18-20 year olds: Β£10.85 per hour
Important Note: Due to the nature of this role, including the independent sale of alcohol and working within licensed premises, applicants must be aged 18 or over to comply with licensing legislation.

Key responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome, provide personalised recommendations, and ensure efficient service while professionally handling guest queries.
- Maintain open communication, assist team members, and contribute to team meetings to promote a supportive atmosphere.
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor, and toilet areas.
- Actively participate in all in-house training, e-learning, and complete assigned learning modules.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licensing laws, and all company policies and procedures.
