What you'll be doing:
As an Apprentice Leisure Team Member, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our leisure and fitness facility running smoothly. You'll support our awesome operations, making sure our customers have the best experience possible. Think of it as being a superhero with a bunch of different powers! 🦸♀️🦸♂️
Your mission will include:
- Opening and closing the centre ☀️🌙
- Keeping our equipment in top-notch condition and the place sparkling clean and safe ✨
- Making sure all our programmed activities are ready to go 🗓️
- Wearing multiple hats: you could be a Lifeguard 🏊♀️, Swimming Teacher 📚, Gym Instructor 💪, or Group Activity Leader 🎉 – sometimes all in one shift!
- Welcoming customers with a smile 😊
- Delivering gym inductions and leading group exercise sessions 🎶
- Teaching swimming lessons and ensuring the sports hall is prepped for activities like badminton 🏸

Key responsibilities
- Support, enhance, and deliver the day-to-day operations and services of the leisure facility.
- Undertake a range of operational duties including facility opening/closing, routine equipment maintenance, and maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure programmed activities and services are available for customers.
- Act as a Lifeguard, Swimming Teacher, Gym Instructor, and Group Activity Leader.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organisational goals and promote wellbeing.
