Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It: 🕵️‍♀️

As our IT Apprentice, you'll be the go-to person for making digital and printed materials shine – think formatting, consistency, and readability. You'll also be the first line of defence for general IT support, tackling basic hardware and software issues, and learning the ropes of IT system management. But wait, there's more! You'll also be flexing your organisational superpowers by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing agendas for our senior team. 🤯

Key Responsibilities: 🎯

  • Be the IT support hero, troubleshooting basic hardware and software woes.
  • Help steer projects, prep reports, and track the progress of key IT initiatives.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the senior management crew.

What You Bring to the Table: 💪

  • A genuine passion for technology and design.
  • A basic grasp of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) – design software knowledge is a bonus!
