- Pattern: Monday 7:30 AM โ 12:00 PM, Tuesday 7:30 AM โ 12:00 PM, Wednesday 10:00 AM โ 3:00 PM, Thursday 9:00 AM โ 2:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM โ 11:15 AM
- Option 2: Toyota Manufacturing UK, Burnaston, Derby (Manufacturing Skills Development building)
- Pattern: Tuesday 7:00 AM โ 2:30 PM, Wednesday 7:00 AM โ 2:30 PM, Thursday 7:00 AM โ 2:15 PM

Join our awesome apprenticeship team and help apprentices crush their goals! โจ We're looking for two part-time Apprenticeship Support Officers to join us at Burton and South Derbyshire College. You'll be based at our partner, Toyota Manufacturing UK, and also at our main campus. This is your chance to coach, mentor, and support apprentices from day one all the way to them smashing their apprenticeship. What You'll Be Doing:
- Guiding apprentices through their whole journey โ think briefings, tutorials on personal development, progress reviews, and general support. ๐
- Helping apprentices tackle any bumps in the road and finding ways for them to win. ๐
- Teaming up with our amazing staff and industry pros to make sure our apprenticeships are top-notch. ๐ค

Key responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end support for apprentices, including creation and delivery of briefings and tutorials regarding personal development, progress reviews and on-going pastoral care where required.
- Assist apprentices in overcoming challenges, providing tailored solutions to enable them to succeed.
- Work collaboratively with our professional team and industry partners to ensure the highest standards of apprenticeship delivery.
