This is an 18-month apprenticeship where you’ll gain official accreditation and valuable certifications, all provided by the client. Get ready to level up! 📈
What you'll be doing:
- Dive deep into the world of IT support, learning something new every single day! 📚
- Work hand-in-hand with the IT Support Manager and the awesome IT team to maximize your learning and growth. 💪
- Master service desk operations and 1st Line duties, with opportunities to explore 2nd Line responsibilities later. 🛠️
- Provide essential application and network support to both staff and students. 🍎
- Tackle and resolve tickets efficiently, hitting those Service Level Agreements (SLAs). ⚡
- Deliver top-notch customer service. 😊
- Become a troubleshooting pro for networks, applications, and servers. 🕵️♂️
- Keep all school equipment in check and fix any issues that pop up. 🔌
