The Opportunity:

We're on the hunt for awesome Apprentices to join our Driver Apprenticeship scheme! This is your chance to earn while you learn over 12 months, and guess what? 🎉 Upon completion, you'll be guaranteed a permanent job with us to put all your new skills to the test!

What You'll Be Doing:

Over the next year, you'll transform into a fully-fledged member of our amazing Driver team. You'll dive into work shadowing, get hands-on training, and tackle computer-based learning. Don't worry, you'll have the full support of your colleagues, trainers, and our dedicated Apprenticeship Manager cheering you on every step of the way. We have various day shifts available. ☀️

Your Mission (Key Duties):

• Collect and deliver customer products like a pro, hitting our high service standards. 🤝
• Become a whiz at Drivers' Hours, Tachographs, and Working Time legislation to keep everyone safe and compliant. ✅

What You Bring to the Table:

We're looking for bright, determined individuals with a passion for logistics. A "can-do" attitude and top-notch customer service skills are a must! 🤩 Being motivated when working solo is key for this role, and being a fantastic team player who can chat effectively with colleagues is vital. 🗣️

The Must-Haves:

• You're over 18! 🔞
• Hold a valid full UK driving licence with at least 6 months of driving experience (this is to help with your licence acquisition).
• You'll need a satisfactory medical assessment for safety purposes. 🩺
• A proactive and positive mindset. 💪
