What you'll be doing:

- Ensure everyone's having a blast: Check in on guests, make sure their meals are on point, and handle any feedback like a pro. 💯

- Keep it spick and span: Help maintain our awesome spaces, from the dining area to the outdoor spots and restrooms. 🧼

Your Apprenticeship Journey:
You'll be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship over 15 months, all while gaining hands-on experience in a full-time role. This means you won't be stuck in a classroom – you'll get work-based training, connect with your coach every 6 weeks, and have a mentor right there with you. Plus, you'll get your English and Maths Functional Skills sorted (if needed)! 📚

Your Pay:
- 16-20 year olds: £10.85 per hour
- 21+ year olds: £12.71 per hour

Key responsibilities
- Offer a warm welcome and farewell to guests, while effectively communicating the service cycle, products and special offers.
- Provide personalised recommendations and ensure efficient service, handling guest queries and complaints promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the front of house, outdoor and toilet areas.
- Participate in all in-house training, e-learning and the completion of assigned learning modules.
- Always adhere to brand standards, licencing laws and all company policies and procedures.
